- strawberries,
- banana,
- coconut milk & cream (from can),
- few soaked almonds
Then add blueberries &
shower it with lots of love (remember situations when you were loved or when you loved someone and when you can really feel the emoticon just look at that prep and visualize that love energy goes from your heart thru eyes to the food. Then, don't forget to thank God, Creator, Universe...whomever, because gratitude is one special spice for better digestion ;)
